As the lead producer of a launch photoshoot for FLY BY JING as they prepared to introduce a new spicy condiment to its product lineup—Xtra Spicy Chili Crisp. I was tasked with leading and managing production, sourcing locations, securing and booking talent, including a food stylist and all logistics on set. Photographer who captured this product launch was Justin J. Wee.

In order to capature the essence of spicyness, we set out to shoot in a ranch style location capturing the fusion of asian and american cusine and lifestyle.
